　　I think it should be allowed to keep pets in city. As is known to everybody, loneliness is all around in modern society, especially in the city. There are more lonely old people and more single youth, they need friendship, love or someone to care about. So pets are their best choice.

　　It is easier to get along with pets than with people and pets are more loyal, they give all their love to their masters.

　　But there are problems, too. Too many pets will be harmful to the environment, make noise and even hurt people. But if we take measures to control the number of them, we can avoid the problems.

　　Life will be more wonderful if we have pets with us.
